So last week wasn't a good week.
I was tired.
I had headaches.
I was home alone with Ava.
Other than the day I swam laps, there was something that kept me from getting to the gym and working out.
But, I have learned that we can't let set backs lead to quitting.
So, today is a new week.
I will make it a new beginning.
I will move forward.
Tentative plan is run tonight, maybe run tomorrow, workout at home Wednesday morning, run Thursday. Take a break on Friday.
I will do this! (Make it to the half marathon that is.)
The journey of 1,000 miles starts with a single step.
Or lots of single steps.
