Yucky.
That is the only word I can find to describe March.
Based on my last post, I accomplished few of the goals I wanted to.
.I did not plan or prioritize workouts.
.I averaged maybe two runs per week, plus a few long walks. Not terrible, but not great either.
.I lost just one more pound. That's disappointing.
.I DID sign up for the Earth Day 5k. It will be the third time I've ran the race, but it looks like they have a new course this year. Getting excited.
I truly cannot believe we are at the end of March already. Here's to putting a mediocre month behind me, and moving on to better days.
