32 Goals

In honor of my 32nd birthday, which I celebrated earlier this month, I set 32 goals I would like to do throughout the year. (You can read the entire list here.)

Of those 32, there are a handful that are related to health and exercise.

I thought it would be appropriate to share those here as well; since I talk about that stuff here more often.

They are:


  • set a new 5K PR
  • workout 260 times (5 times a week); hence the reference to working out five times last week, and the count in the labels of Monday's post)
  • cook 12 new recipes (presumably healthy ones!)
  • try yoga
  • run a 10K
  • eat more fruits and veggies
  • do 32 push ups (at one time!)

Just realized almost 1/3 of the goals are related to health and exercise. I am glad that it is so front and center in my life right now; I am also glad that since 2/3 are related to other things that it has not overcome me!


I love goals and I love lists.
