Motivational Monday: 9.14.15
I've posted this one previously for a Motivational Monday; but it is an applicable message again.
It is officially race week. My last month of training has been less than par. I am nervous I am not ready. I am disappointed I didn't follow the plan more closely. There are things I could have changed, and there were things out of my control. Right now, what matters is that I give it my best effort. I need to remember I am stronger than I often give myself credit for.
It is also another reminder that our new routines - school starting, me back at work, my schooling - will be challenging, but not impossible.
One day at a time. One mile at a time.

That is a great quote. I have a half marathon this weekend and have the same nagging doubts. Did I do enough? I should have followed a plan better! Eeek! Good luck!
