.finished the week of 1/16 - 1/22 with 2.5 miles (45 minutes) of walking, and 3 cross-training sessions (78.5 minutes). Not the best week, not the worst.
.This past week (1/23 - 1/19) was a total bust. I stayed up past 10 one night; only to do paperwork from home. I was achy and exhausted, and hope that whatever cold or flu I was fending off is gone for good.
.I can say I know that diet can work. Despite the sickness and lack of workouts (or maybe because of it?) I am down 2 pounds this week! Total weight loss since the beginning of the year is 4 pounds! Not as high as I was hoping, but not complaining!
.Goal for the week of 1/30 - 2/5 (boy, is the crazy to write already!) is mainly just to get back into the swing of things. Get some cross training in, and hopefully some miles, too. Maybe even outside considering the forecast I looked at earlier today!
