I try to not make this journey about weight loss, but it is part of the plan. With a couple of big things going on later this year, I am more motivated than ever to get to the goal weight. Or at least be in a specific range. To reach my ultimate goal, I need to lose 2 pounds per week.
That said, my Monday morning weigh-in showed a loss of 1.6lbs.
What a great start to 2012!
