Monday: may or may not go for an easy 2.5 miles
Tuesday: either 3.5 or 4.3 mile loop
Wednesday: 2-3 miles depending on route
Thursday: Rest
Friday: Earth Day 5k
Saturday: probably just a recovery walk
Sunday: Rest
Really just keeping the week sketchy so I can adjust based on how I feel. I want to go into Fridays 5k feeling energized and ready to go, not sore and tired.
