Motivational Monday: 2.1.16


Such a pleasant reminder at not only the start of a new week, but a new month!

(also sticking up my up theme by including the hot air balloon!)
January got 2016 off to a good start.
  • I finally saw some downward movement on the scale, it was slow and minimum, but it was consistent.
  • I ran 29 miles; more than any month since September.
  • I missed only one kettle bells class, which is every Tuesday/Thursday night.
  • Some slower paced weekends gave us time to get the house in order! It is mainly picked up and feeling comfortable instead of messy! About time.
In February, I will be looking for continued consistency with training and running, increased mileage, continued movement on the scale, a date night with Chad, experiencing Ava's first time selling Girl Scout cookies (please don't let me be tempted!), a visit with Chad's parents, and some more laid back weekends at home!
