Such a pleasant reminder at not only the start of a new week, but a new month!
(also sticking up my up theme by including the hot air balloon!)
January got 2016 off to a good start.
- I finally saw some downward movement on the scale, it was slow and minimum, but it was consistent.
- I ran 29 miles; more than any month since September.
- I missed only one kettle bells class, which is every Tuesday/Thursday night.
- Some slower paced weekends gave us time to get the house in order! It is mainly picked up and feeling comfortable instead of messy! About time.
