Motivational Monday: 12.1.14


Hey! Are you surprised to see me? November was that kind of month. Work is busy, Chad was hunting, Ava got sick, the weather turned to winter quick. Everything just sort of derailed. The next three weeks are going to continue to be busy, but I am going to try to get back into some regular routines. So, time to stop thinking about yesterday and focus on one day at a time.

Right now, I am participating in the Runners World Run Streak that started on Thanksgiving and ends New Year's Day. Even if it's not much, it's something each day. Here's the  full plan for the week:

Monday: 1 mile and Boot Camp
Tuesday: 1 mile, kickboxing, and Kettle Bells
Wednesday: 5 miles
Thursday: 1 mile and Kettle Bells
Friday: 1 mile
Saturday: 6 miles or class and 1 mile (weather depending)
Sunday: 1 miles and cross training (cycling, kettle bells, yoga - 20 min each)

I'll most more about the month of November later. Here's to getting back on track!
