Two random facts to share this morning:
1. For the first time in a long time, I feel sore. My abs hurt when I move. I guess that means one of two things. I either had a good workout yesterday; or did something wrong in yesterday's workout!
2. After Tuesday's surprising and disappointing 185.2 weigh in, I have tracked my weight almost daily. Wednesday I know I stayed up around 185. Thursday and Friday I am not sure; though after Thursday nights stomach issues, I am fairly certain Friday was around 183 - 184. Saturday morning I was at 182.8. This morning - 181.2. Hoping the trend continues between now and Tuesday!
