With the start of a new month; I start a new cycle of weigh-ins.
I'm not going to lie - I was nervous about what the scale was going to say this morning.
I wouldn't have been surprised if it had been up since Saturday.
With working at the SCCH this weekend, I did not make the best decisions regarding eating.
Not to mention, I ate supper at 11pm last night. Crazy, I know. But I took care of Ava, put away some laundry, did a work out, and then cooked while I did the dishes.
So imagine my surprise when the scale read .....
182.2!
That is a 1.6 pound loss in 3 days!
That gives me a total of 7.3 pounds lost for the month of January.
Or, Biggest Loser style - if I did my math right - 3.8% lost in 31 days!
How's that for doing something right?
Here's to the start of another successful month!
