Crazy.
Though I have been on and off the training plan; I am on week 8.
I think it is a good week to be back on track: it's a scheduled low mileage week.
And yet, it will push me to getting back with the game.
Truth be told; I am still feeling pretty optimistic about the whole plan.
So, here's a look at the week ahead:
- Tuesday: Run 4 miles.
- Wednesday: Cross Train - bike, elliptical, strength = 60 minutes
- Thursday: Run 4 miles.
- Friday: Cross Train - swim 45 minutes
- Weekend: Run 4 miles.
I would love to push at least one of the runs to 5 or 6; but am content with just getting back with the plan.
I will also add abs to at least 2 of the 3 running days.
