personally, still not doing so great at hitting those hundreds of miles; but trying to stay optimistic.

Plan for Week 13 of Grandma's Training - 5/12-5/18

Monday: 8 miles
Tuesday: Interval Conditioning/kettle bells
Wednesday: 5 miles
Thursday: 5 miles & Interval Conditioning/kettle bells
Friday: Rest
Saturday: Rest (moving, putting together furniture, and birthday dinner)
Sunday: 20 miles (hoping it will be easier to fit in the day after my in-laws are in town)
