Motivational Monday: 5.19.14
Quite the appropriate Motivational Monday poster/quote. My mental game could use some work.

As for this week; the plan for Grandma's Marathon Training - Week 14 is:
Monday: 8 miles
Tuesday: Interval Conditioning/kettle bells
Wednesday: 8 miles
Thursday: Interval Conditioning/kettle bells
Friday: Rest
Saturday: MOVING! I cannot wait to have all of our furniture in the new house and to not be going between the two houses so much! Maybe life will feel a bit more normal.
Sunday: 20 miles

Some notable thoughts/comments about this weeks plan:
-saving my long run for Sunday didn't work too well this week, so I may try to do it Saturday. I just feel bad making Chad and my parents do the majority of the moving. We'll see how it goes, I guess.
-going to try to do two mid-distance runs this week, instead of feeling bad about missing a planned 4th run.
-No, it shouldn't be a 20 mile run; but I only did 12 this weekend, as you will see when I post my recap.
