Motivational Monday: 5.5.14

Plan for 5/5 - 5/11: Grandma's Marathon Training - Week 12/18
Monday: 5 miles and P90x - I borrowed a set of P90x videos, and really want to try it. Haven't decided yet what I am going to start with, and need to figure a plan out - but just itching to get my feet wet at this point! :)
Tuesday: 5 miles and Interval Conditioning/kettle bells
Wednesday: 8 miles
Thursday: 5 miles and Interval Conditioning/kettle bells
Friday: Rest (and close on our house!)
Saturday: 13 miles (and start painting two rooms!)
Sunday: I'd like to say cross train; but at this point and after the last couple of weeks I have had, I am going to go out on a limb and say I will be doing house stuff! Second coat of paint anyone?
So that is a really, really, ambitious plan given the rut I have been in. My thinking is with it being a cut-back week in terms of my long run, it is a good week to push myself to finally get some good weekday runs in. Here's to hoping and trying to finally move forward.

I will post my wrap-up from last week soon. Just didn't get it finished Sunday night! Don't you hate when things are out of order?
