Motivational Monday: 3/10/14

Grandma's Training: Week 4

Monday: 3 miles/Strength Train
Tuesday: Rest
Wednesday: 6 miles
Thursday: Rest
Friday: 3 miles/Cycle Box
Saturday: 11 miles
Sunday: Swimming

You'll notice my Interval Conditioning/kettle bell class is missing; I have conferences both Tuesday and Thursday nights this week! I am going to try to move the 3 miles I would usually do on Thursday to Friday. I am also going to try to do some strength training on Monday and maybe double up on Friday as well. Weeks like this make it so hard, but I will make the most of it.
