Week 5 Training Plan:
Monday - 3 miles
Tuesday - Interval Conditioning (kettle bells)
Wednesday - 6 miles
Thursday - 3 miles + IC w/ kettle bells
Friday - Rest
Saturday - 12 miles
Sunday - swimming*
*I don't actually know what Sunday will look like; our plans right now are to go to the Cities for the 30th anniversary party for the company Chad works for on Saturday. It will just depend on what time we get home, chores, and everyone's moods!
