Grandma's Marathon - Training Week 6
The Plan:
Monday: 3 miles
Tuesday: Interval Conditioning - kettle bells
Wednesday: 6 miles
Thursday: 3 miles and Interval Conditioning - kettle bells
Friday: Rest
Saturday: 9 miles
Sunday: cross train (swimming? boot camp? walking? all I know right now is the forecast says 50*!!)
