Planning Week 4

  • Monday: Easy Run (probably 2-3 miles)
  • Tuesday: Core and Strength
  • Wednesday: Mid-Distance Run (3-4 miles)
  • Thursday: Easy Run (2-3 miles) & Core
  • Friday: Core and Strength
  • Saturday: Long Run (4-5 miles)

A couple of thoughts:

- I am anxious to have a good week where everything feels like it is falling into place.

- I am anticipating some challenges with switching to new (earlier) work hours.

- I have some thoughts I am really trying to tie together in a good blog post.

- I'm having a hard time finding a good evening routine.

- I am craving sweets, but did not give in to buying any today!
