- Monday: Easy Run (probably 2-3 miles)
- Tuesday: Core and Strength
- Wednesday: Mid-Distance Run (3-4 miles)
- Thursday: Easy Run (2-3 miles) & Core
- Friday: Core and Strength
- Saturday: Long Run (4-5 miles)
A couple of thoughts:
- I am anxious to have a good week where everything feels like it is falling into place.
- I am anticipating some challenges with switching to new (earlier) work hours.
- I have some thoughts I am really trying to tie together in a good blog post.
- I'm having a hard time finding a good evening routine.
- I am craving sweets, but did not give in to buying any today!
