Weigh In

I had my official weigh in for the week this morning.

And I was not disappointed.

Especially after the week I had.

The scale read 187.4 -

that is down 1.4 lbs since last week, and a total of 2.1 pounds lost so far this month.

Thinking ahead to what could be when I have a good week of diet AND exercise.

Woo Hoo for a successful week despite the challenges of life.
