Week 3

Just over 12 weeks from my first race of the year!

Here's the plan for the rest of this week.

  • Tuesday: 45 minute fat-burning Pilates video.
  • Wednesday: Medium Distance Run - including 3 miles at race tempo.
  • Thursday: Easy Run of 2 - 3 miles, strength training.
  • Friday: Cross Training @ home. Thinking a combination of Core and Yoga.
  • Saturday: Long Run - going for 5 miles.
