But with an interview to get ready for, I didn't want to feel any more rushed than I knew I would. So, I adjusted the plan for the week just a little.
Here goes:
- Monday PM: Cross Train - Pilates
- Tuesday AM: Easy Run - 2/2.5 miles
- Wednesday: Speedwork - going for minimum 3 miles, with faster segments
- Thursday: Cross Train - Core
- Friday or Saturday: Long Run - minimum 4 miles
(long run is Friday or Saturday depending on when it will be easier with my brother and his family coming to visit!)
- If I run Friday and not Saturday - I will strive to put in an easy workout on Sunday.
WHEW! Here's to hitting it hard!
