Week 2 Plan

Normally, today would have been a running day.

But with an interview to get ready for, I didn't want to feel any more rushed than I knew I would. So, I adjusted the plan for the week just a little.

Here goes:

  • Monday PM: Cross Train - Pilates
  • Tuesday AM: Easy Run - 2/2.5 miles
  • Wednesday: Speedwork - going for minimum 3 miles, with faster segments
  • Thursday: Cross Train - Core
  • Friday or Saturday: Long Run - minimum 4 miles

(long run is Friday or Saturday depending on when it will be easier with my brother and his family coming to visit!)

  • If I run Friday and not Saturday - I will strive to put in an easy workout on Sunday.

WHEW! Here's to hitting it hard!
