Real quick this week:
Tuesday: headed out for a quick 4.14 miles. I don't even have my time handy as I write this ... I want to say it was around 50 minutes?
Wednesday: was supposed to be another 4 mile run, and my last training run before the half; but it was hot. So, I just opted to skip it!
Saturday: Race day! Completed 13.1 miles in 2:39:53. And I already dedicated an entire post to all the details.
A memorable 17.24 miles on the week!!
I told you it'd be quick ....
