Motivational Monday: 10.13.14



Better late than never. I tried posting this last night - to go live this morning - but I was having internet connection issues. Keeping the motivation simply this week, because I just need to get back to the basics. Still having a hard time balancing everything, and not being very consistent.

Alas, here is the plan for the week.

Monday: TRX, and while I would have like to run it was pouring out and I went to boot camp.
Tuesday: Rest - I have conferences from 4-8
Wednesday: TRX and 6 miles
Thursday: kickboxing and kettle bells
Friday: cycle box and core (or maybe a run?)
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: 13.1 miles - Mankato Marathon (half-distance)

I know I am two weeks behind now on summarizing my workouts. I also just need to post in general. I have a couple days off school at the end of the week, and hoping to use them to my advantage.
