with just two weeks to go until Mankato, it doesn't feel right that this is the reminder I need. But, it is. And I am moving into these last two weeks with an odd sense of confidence (and a post with more coming later this week).

Here's what I'm planning this week. What you looking forward to?
Monday: 8 miles
Tuesday: Kickboxing and Interval Conditioning/kettle bells
Wednesday: Speed Work - probably 6 miles total
Thursday: Interval Conditioning/kettle bells
Friday: Rest
Saturday: Long Run - we'll be at my in-laws, so not sure what my route will be. Hoping to get in 12-14 miles.
Sunday: Rest; however, if we're home on time, I might try to make it to the Cycling/kettle bells/yoga class.
