Sums up my feelings as I wrap up week 1 of marathon training!

Grandma's Marathon Training: Week 2 - The Plan
Monday: 3 miles
Tuesday: Interval Conditioning (kettle bells)
Wednesday: 5 miles
Thursday: 3 miles and Interval Conditioning
Friday: Rest
Saturday: 9 miles
Sunday: Strength Routine
We have a wedding in the Twin Cities on Saturday, so while I would typically plan something else for cross training on Sunday, I already know it likely won't happen. Once we get back from the Cities, we will visit with my parents, who are staying with Ava, and still have Sunday chores to do. To be completely honest, fitting that in may or may not happen. I am going to keep it in the plan and strive to achieve it!
