Three Things - 2/11/14

 

1. I was going to share a video of Ava's dance show from February 1; but realized it is too big for Blogger's likes. So, I leave you with a picture of her instead; because few things are cuter than little girls in tutus.

2. last Thursday, Chad picked up Chinese food for supper. I kid you not, this was the fortune I picked. What does something like this even mean?

3. Saturday afternoon, after going to Target to pick up a baby shower gift for this coming weekend, Ava and I went to Sassy Strawberry. It is one of those frozen yogurt bar chains, where you pay by the ounce and choose from lots of delicious toppings. Can you believe I had never been to one before? We liked it! Only thing I would have changed was the fact that half way through Ava switched bowls with me, and she had strawberry syrup on hers. Not my favorite.

4. a bonus number 4 for today! In just about 10 weeks, I will be running the Earth Day half-marathon. I've mentioned before this will be my fifth Earth Day run, but my first Earth Day half. This is their 15th year. By the looks of this beauty they previewed for us on Facebook, I picked a great year to move up races!
