In keeping with wanting to target my problem areas, about an inner thigh workout to try? Again brought to you by the ever time-consuming Pinterest.

This doesn't look to be a time consuming workout, but could still help me work towards my goal of a little less jiggle, and maybe feeling comfortable running in shorts. I never run in shorts, just pants or capris for me. Mainly because I hate how shorts ride up and then my legs rub together.
I like that both this one and the one I posted last week are easy enough to throw in after a run.
What are your go to conditioning moves?

pushups and kettle bell swings are my two favorite moves.
I am learning to love kettle ball swings (and really anything kettle bell) thanks to my Tues/Thurs night instructor!
