Motivational Monday

Always good to have a plan right?

Monday - 5 miles
Tuesday - Interval Conditioning
Wednesday - 7 miles
Thursday - 3 miles and Interval Conditioning
Friday - Rest
Saturday - 5 miles
Sunday - Boot Camp or Swimming .... or maybe the Paint the Town Pink 5k. Need to decide!

Purposefully planning a longer run on Wednesday because Ava will be at her cousin's house; we don't have day care on Thursday and they generously agreed to take her so we don't have to take days off work. I won't have to feel guilty about being gone longer than normal! Plus, next weekend Chad will be gone. It will work out that I won't have to try do a long run with Ava in the day care at the Y.
