I really hope I am not the only one that lets some of my pinning time go wasted.
I was thinking it would be fun to actually try some of the workouts I have saved away, and that I could share them for you to try too!
Then, I will try to report back with how it went!
First up ..... Stability Ball Workout

Here is the LINK to the workout. It actually consists of 6 moves using the stability ball - plank, knee tuck crunch, classic crunch, inner-thigh squeeze, hamstring curl, and ball pass.
I did do this workout once over the summer - and I could feel it. Even though I have incorporated some - and I stress some - cross training and weights into my routine (mainly through fitness classes), adding more in is definitely an area I can improve. And that I know will improve my running.
And who can't fit in 6 measly moves? :)
