Workout Wednesday

Sticking with the workout Wednesday theme, and again just going back through some of the workouts I have pinned on the ever loved Pinterest!

After focusing on a stability ball routine (I have not determined if I want to call that a core workout or not; it really does work a variety of muscle groups but is not necessarily full body), and then a leg/inner-thigh routine, it only made sense to choose an upper body strength training routine to try this week.

(for the record, the pin redirected me to a blog, not to the original source)

I am actually really excited to try this workout. When I look at each of those exercises individually, I am confident I can complete each move. Putting them altogether? I am in for a good upper body workout.

I am sure many of you are more seasoned in these moves than I am, but just in case. Most of those, I think, are self-explanatory. I did google a few to make sure I knew which moves they were:

- shoulder fly:
- lying triceps extension:

-lawnmower:

- chest press:

If there are any others you are not sure about, I highly suggest using google!

Now that I have focused on each of the main strength training sections, I should be able to put together quite the strength training session!

I will keep looking for ideas, because nothing is worse than boredom! Plus, in the next week or two, I plan to share a pool workout. I would love to incorporate swimming on my cross training days.

Arms are my favorite to workout. Looks like a great workout.
