Week 9 of Grandma's Marathon training; whoa, when I finish this week, I will be half way there.

Monday: 4 miles
Tuesday: Interval Conditioning/kettle bells
Wednesday: 7 miles
Thursday: 4 miles and Interval Conditioning/kettle bells
Friday: Rest
Saturday: 13.1 - Earth Day Half-Marathon
Sunday: Rest!
