Grandma's Marathon Training Week 8
just over two weeks until Earth Day Half-Marathon

The Plan:

Monday: 4 miles, Arms Day 6
Tuesday: Interval Conditioning/kettle bells
Wednesday: 7 miles, Arms Day 7
Thursday: 4 miles and IC/kettle bells, plus Arms Day 8
Friday: Rest, except for Arms Day 9
Saturday: 15 miles
Sunday: cross training, Arms Day 10
