Monday: 4 miles
Tuesday: Interval Conditioning (kettle bells)
Wednesday: 8 miles
Thursday: 4 miles, Interval Conditioning (kettle bells)
Friday: Rest
Saturday: 17 miles
Sunday: Rest ... or?

Great week! I am really loving my kettle bell lately, I am thinking I need to get more sizes though, all I have is a 20, I just wish they weren't so pricey!
Christy - I hope it ends up being a great week! I am starting to feel like my plan at the start of the week is too ambitious, I have rarely been getting all my workouts in! Last week I only got in 3 of the planned 5.
