back float turned front float (I think that was the point of flipping them?).
Practicing front crawl with the noodle.
Jumping off the diving board on the last day!
The video I really wanted to share was her getting to do the elementary backstroke with no help! Sadly, it was 3MB too big for blogger's 100MB limit. Is there any way around that?
I thought she did great throughout the session. She didn't quite pass, so next summer she will still be a penguin. Still, they actually gave her credit on the report they gave us for more than I probably would have. I can't wait to watch her develop in this area. I love that she loves water, and would be thrilled to see her go into swimming as a sport. I never joined the swim team, but wish I would have! That is one dream I would love to live through her! :)

Did you take swimming lessons as a kid? We did, but I feel like we took them once we got older, and it was more about stroke development and learning to dive. I don't remember taking them young as a way to learn how to swim? We did grow up swimming though; my grandparents had an in-ground pool, which was amazing!
