Plan for the week:
Monday: I've been enjoying the classes I've gone to at the Y, so I am really tempted to go to Cycle Box, which is followed by a 15 minute Core Conditioning class. I also need to run; I haven't ran since Grandma's, and I have the Hog Jog 5 mile race on Saturday!
Tuesday: Most likely, cycling in the afternoon and interval conditioning/kettle bells in the evening.
Wednesday: There is kickboxing mid-morning, and probably a shake out run in the evening.
Thursday: HIIT during Ava's gym & swim class, kettle bells in the evening.
Friday: Rest - 4th of July parade and fireworks!
Saturday: Hog Jog 5 mile run
Sunday: Rest (most likely)

Switching gears and trying to do some extra workouts/cross training. Now that I am not training for Grandma's, and I took over a week off from running, I am going to switch things up a little. I will continue to maintain 3 runs a week, but I want to do the other classes. I am hoping to jump start some weight loss and see if I can finally break out of the upper 160s, as well as stay motivated. At the end of July, I plan to start a 12 week training program for an October half-marathon.
What are you looking forward to for the new month?

A half marathon! It starts super early in the morning so the weather shouldn't be much of an issue
