Here is my plan for the week:
Monday: today was/is a rest day. I knew I'd be coming home from my friends, and a workout wasn't likely.
Tuesday: Cycling in the morning/Interval Conditioning/kettle bells in the evening
Wednesday: 8 mile run
Thursday: 30 minute HIIT class; leave for camping!
Friday: When I was first planning the week out, I was going to make up Monday's workout. Then I realized we would be camping! It may be a rest day. Or maybe I will try to do some walking/hiking. I could probably bring some strength training moves with me. It will just depend.
Saturday: 6 mile run - there is a 6 mile bike trail, that I am thinking I can just run on. I will likely go out and back three miles. Another option for Friday or Saturday is biking - if we can fit them in the camper!
Sunday: Rest/travel home
It is going to be a lower mileage/workout week than this past week for sure (wrap up coming tomorrow). I think it will be okay though! So looking forward to camping!
