Motivational Monday: 7.7.14

My computer died before I got my wrap-up post up last nigh, so you get back-back posts this morning! :) Can't believe another Monday is upon us!!
Here is my plan for the week. Still focusing on some cross training and maintaining mileage.
Monday: For today, my plan is to go to Cycle Box (intervals of cycling and kickboxing), followed by Core Conditioning. I also plan to get a 6 mile run in; however, I just read that storms are to be popping up between 1-4, lasting into the evening. My plan would be to run after supper, so hopefully it is clear then.
Tuesday: 45 minute cycling class during the day, 40 minute Interval Conditioning class with kettle bells in the evening.
Wednesday: mid-distance run or 8 miles in the evening.
Thursday: 30 minute HIIT class in the morning, 40 minute Interval Conditioning class with kettle bells in the evening.
Friday: Rest - driving to Eau Claire, WI. So excited to spend the weekend with a great college friend and her parents!
Saturday: I am running the Water Street Mile 5k in Eau Claire. Really hoping for a sub-30! However, not banking on it since it is a July 5k and doesn't start until 9am.
Sunday: I am going to go with my friend and some of her family to the Color Run in the Twin Cities. We are going to walk it. It is my first Color Run experience, so I am excited. I am taking Ava with me for the weekend, so I am really excited to see what she can do and how far she will walk. Plus I think she will love the color stations.

So - going for 5 group fitness classes, 3 runs, and 1 5k walk. What is your goal for the week?

My goal for the week is to not do anything to crazy, I have a half marathon this weekend and I want to have fresh legs for it :)
