Workout Wednesday is a theme I haven't had on the blog lately. However, I found a great kettle bell workout on Pinterest the other day, and wanted to share it. This is one I can't do at home right now because I don't have kettle bells at home. With my birthday next month, I think I know what I might buy ... I just wish it wasn't upwards of $20 for a decent sized one; and then there is the needing a variety of weights. Phooey.

I LOVE my kettlebell. This looks like a great workout, thanks for sharing. I am going to have to PIN it, so I remember to try it. I hate how price KBs are, I was lucky and got mine on clearance, a 20 lb KB for 14.99!! now I think I need one slightly heavier and a lighter one. TJ Maxx usually has lighter ones for pretty cheap.
