Motivational Monday: 9.1.14

New month, New week, What's to lose? Here's the plan for Week 6 of Mankato half-marathon training:

Monday - 6 miles

Tuesday - Kickboxing and Interval Conditioning/kettle bells

Wednesday - 7x400 (about 5 miles total) and TRX (assuming there are still spots!)

Thursday - Cycling and Kickboxing (have to be home before the end of IC - the Packers start at 7:30; yeah for the start of the NFL season!)

Friday - Rest

Saturday - Graniteman 10k; yes, I decided to make the trek up to see a college friend and her family, and run the 10k!

I am excited for the clean slate of a new week and a new month, and for having the chance to race this weekend. What are you most excited about this weekend?
