Motivational Monday: 9.8.14

Currently training for Mankato Half-Marathon - Week #7. Here's the plan:
Monday - TRX and 6 miles
Tuesday - kickboxing and interval conditioning/kettle bells
Wednesday - TRX and 8x400
Thursday - interval conditioning/kettle bells
Friday - Rest
Saturday* - 10 miles
Sunday* - cross-training at Y (cycling, kettle bells, yoga)
*Chad is going to be out of town until sometime Saturday, so I may actually have to do cycling/kickboxing on Saturday and 10 miles on Sunday. No big deal, except I am excited for the new class at the Y on Sundays!
