Motivational Monday: 9.15.14

Welcome back to another Monday! Today kicks off Week 8 of my training plan for the Mankato half-marathon! Here's the plan following my recent revamp of my training plan ...
Monday - 6 miles and TRX (rain back up plan - TRX and boot camp)
Tuesday - kickboxing and Interval Conditioning (kettle bells)
Wednesday - TRX and 8x400 speed session!
Thursday - Rest (on a Thursday? Yes, because Ava had dance and we have our first FACT night at her pre-school; which stands for families and children together. It's pizza in the classroom night!)
Friday - Cycle Box and core
Saturday - 12 miles
Sunday - cross training at Y. Planning to go to a new class that is 20 minutes cycling, 20 minutes kettle bells, and 20 minutes yoga.

Spoiler alert - Last week was a great week in the cross-training department, but mediocre in the running department. (Wrap-up will be up tomorrow). This week - my goal is to put it all together!
