Just a couple of weeks left of fall half-marathon training. This makes me both sad and grateful. Maybe I will have to write deeper thoughts on that in another blog post.
Week 9 of Mankato Training - the plan:
Monday - 6 miles, TRX
Tuesday - kickboxing, kettle bells
Wednesday - speed work, TRX
Thursday - kettle bells
Friday - rest
Saturday - 12 miles
Sunday - rest
