Motivational Monday: 9.29.14

This is a duplicate picture/quote. I used it earlier this summer. However, it will hopefully get me back on track this week. Last week was another mediocre week, and I will post my weekly wrap-up tomorrow (most likely). Needless to say, I will be glad to bid September farewell and welcome a new slate. For as strong as the month started, it's had a weak ending.

I regress ... looking forward, here is the plan for this week.

Monday: TRX and 6 miles (with a chance of rain late in the day, will consider boot camp as an alternative)
Tuesday: Kickboxing and Interval Conditioning/kettle bells
Wednesday: TRX and 8x400 (might cancel TRX and just focus on the run? Though the week has lots of high chances for rain, so we'll see.)
Thursday: Kickboxing ... then Packer - Viking game!! Woot. Go Pack Go!
Friday: Rest
Saturday: 12 miles
Sunday: cycling/kettle bells/yoga (20/20/20 class)
