At Home Workouts

I mentioned on Monday that our YMCA was closed this week for their annual cleaning week. That meant that in order to get any strength training in, I'd have to find some at home workouts to do. It's not that I dislike working out at home, but I don't have a lot of equipment and I don't have the same discipline as when I go to the Y.
