Week 5 of training for Mankato half-marathon. The plan:
Monday: TRX, plus 6 miles (1 as a warm-up before TRX and 5 after)
Tuesday: Kickboxing and Interval Conditioning (kettle bells)
Wednesday: Rest (we have open house conferences that evening; I'll be at work from 7:45am-8pm!)
Thursday: Kickboxing and Interval Conditioning (kettle bells)
Friday: 7x400 Speed work! - roughly 5 miles total; maybe cycle box, too?
Saturday: 10 mile long run
Sunday: Strength work - arms and core

Switching things up a little from my original plan, but I think it will be a good one!

Looks like a good plan. I only tend to run no more than four days a week and have lots of cross training. Kettle bells are favorites of mine, such a great workout.
