Motivational Monday: 8.11.14

Week 3: Mankato Half-Marathon Training - on the agenda
Monday: 6 miles (although I may bump it up to 8 since I missed two run last week); TRX
Tuesday: kickboxing; kettle bells interval class
Wednesday: 6x400 speed work; might throw in Cycle Box for good measure
Thursday: Cycling (the challenge will be making it to a 5:15 AM class! Ava is at grandma and grandpa's, and we are leaving right after I get done with training at work to head up north, see her, and go 4-wheeling for the weekend!!)
Friday: 7 miles (moving Sunday's run to Friday)
Saturday: 10 miles
Sunday: Rest (and drive home from waaaay up north)
