Monday: 6 miles, TRX

Tuesday: Cycling, Kettle Bell Interval Class

Wednesday: 30 minute Tempo Run, TRX

Thursday: Kickboxing, Kettle Bells

Friday: Rest

Saturday: 8 miles

Sunday: 6 miles
