- I planned to work out 23/31 days. I ended up working out 22/31 days.
- My goal was 70 miles of running; I ended with 58.44 miles. Neither my plan nor my actual hit the goal of 75 miles per month I have been striving for all year, but I will take it. The only runs I missed were the two that were planned the weekend we were camping.
- I penciled in 27 group fitness classes, and ended up attending 22 of them. They ranged from a 30 minute High Intensity Interval Training class, Cycle Box, Cycling, Kickboxing, and Kettle Bell Interval Class. I really enjoyed cross training this month!
- And of course I knew I would participate in one fun 5k walk - the Color Run.
- Altogether, I worked out for 25 hours, 3 minutes. and 23 seconds. That amazes me, and I wish I would have been adding up my total hours in previous months!

Sometimes it feels like I focus on the runs that slipped by. The workouts that didn't happen. It is nice to feel like everything came together so nicely for a change and realize what did go on!
Bring on August, and let's transition back to working with the same gusto we have now!
