Aside from running, my other hobby is photography. I haven't done as much with it over the last year or so, but I still love taking out my camera and capturing whatever might be going on around me! I've gotten my feet wet with taking pictures for others. The first time I did this was in 2009 for a friend who'd just had a sweet little boy. When Ava was born, I naturally started setting up photo shoots to remember her at each precious stage (which is much harder now that she is older). I took pictures of my sister's family, and have even done my own family pictures with my tripod and self-timer! Even with being a bridesmaid in my younger sister's wedding, I took a few pictures throughout the day. Are they perfect pictures? No; but I think they turn out pretty good and enjoy the process more than anything. If any family, friends, or even strangers, were to approach me about taking pictures, I would give it my best shot to get that perfect shot!
